Miami beach: 4 apartments on the first floor with terrace, for three adults max.

Miami: 12 apartments Miami ground floor on one level and 6 apartments Miami first floor, terraced, for three adults max.

Toronto 3pax: 2 apartments on one level, terraced, for three adults max., TV LCD, independent air conditioning.

Los Angeles: 12 apartments with private garden for three adults and a child under 12 years max.

San Francisco: 8 apartments, terraced, for three adults and a child under 12 years max.

Toronto suite: 2 apartments, terraced, on two levels, two bathrooms, TV LCD, independent air conditioning, for 6 adults max.

All apartments are provided with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, air conditioning/heating at fixed hours, direct dial phone with mail voice, satellite TV and an early warning system.

High season:

25/12/12- 06/01/13; 28/03-01/04/13;  25/04-05/05/13; 01/07-31/08/13; 25/12/13-06/01/14

Low season:

07/01/13-27/03/13; 02/04-24/04/13; 06/05-30/06/13; 01/09-24/12/13

 The daily rates are meant per overnight  for two people, person extra € 30,00 per night. Children under three years free of charge. Children from 3 years to 7 years € 20,00

Pets are not allowed.

Rates include: Bathroom and bedroom linens, the use of power, water and gas, heating/air condition at fixed hours, parking slot, swimming pool services including the use of beach chairs and beds (only during summer time), shared barbecue, final cleaning with exception of the kitchenette which must be cleaned by the guest or paid as extra (price: € 30,00).

Cleanings: The weekly and monthly prices include the cleaning of the apartment twice a week with one linen change.

Reservations made by telephone must be confirmed by fax or e-mail followed by a down payment equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay either via money transfer or by credit card details.

Upon arrival the full balance should be paid upfront reception.

€ 100,00 guarantee deposit will be requested at arrival.

Check-in time  

Mon – Fri from 2:00 to 6:30 pm, , on Sun and public holidays from 09.00 am to 04.00 pm, later arrivals must be previously advised.

Check-out time within 12:00 am.

Cancellation policy:

30 to 15 days prior to arrival: no penalty fee applied

14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the down payment amount will be retained

7days before arrival day or in case of no show: 100% of the down payment will be retained. The direction reserves the right to retain the whole amount of the rent if a cancellation is made after check-in.

The acceptance of the above implies the acknowledgement and acceptance of all clauses contained.

The direction reserves the right to modify the prices at any time.
